Terms of Service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Statics’s website, applications (including Dropflow and other hosted products), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@statics-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services or other users;
- Use the Services to send spam, harassment, or illegal content;
- Circumvent technical limits, security controls, or payment flows.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk to the platform.
Creator content and marketplace features
Where the Services allow you to list or sell digital goods (for example music on Dropflow), you represent that you have the rights to offer that content. Buyers receive the license scope stated at checkout or in product copy. Statics is a platform; disputes between users should first be directed to support. We may remove content or listings that violate law or these Terms.
Fees and payments
Prices, fees, and taxes are shown before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Payouts to creators are subject to their policies, identity verification, and applicable regulations. Chargebacks and payment failures may result in withheld payouts or account review.
Intellectual property
Statics and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute content you upload as needed to operate the Services.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Statics AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Statics and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
Changes
We may modify the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required where you reside. Courts in Delaware (or the U.S. federal courts located there) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
